Problem with SQL Server 2000 Cluster

Hi.
I have a cluster with two nodes M1 and M2 when M2 takes control everything
is OK but if M1 takes control Sql Server resource not bring up well, the
status stay in Pending Online then marks fail, i've already reinstall SQL
whith SP4 and nothing,
I Have 2 Server with W2K3 with SP1, 6GB Ram, and a SAN HD, the SAN works
very well the disk units bring up well but the SQL fail.
the event viewer show de following errors.
[sqsrvres] checkODBCConnectError: sqlstate = 08001; native error = e;
message = [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]Invalid connection.
[sqsrvres] ODBC sqldriverconnect failed
i've already check the Virtual IP, Virtual Server and all it's ok , the
service is started but i can't see the server in SQL Enterprise Manager.
Please i need help.

pavelfg@.timovil.comHi
Does running NET START at a command prompt show the service running? If it
is running can you register the server in EM? What do the SQL Server System
logs say?
At a guess the SQL Server service is starting before the SAN is ready.
